Matt

May 10, 2018

People see me I'm a challenge to your balance I'm over your heads how I confound you And astound you To know I must be one of the wonders They say I must be one of the wonders Of God's own creation And as far as they see, they can offer No explanation Ooo, I believe, fate, fate smiled And destiny laughed as she came to my cradle Know this child will be able Laughed as she came to my ... A Happy-ish Easter!

April 30, 2018

Don’t we look smiley and oh so color coordinated?  This picture and what it shows and doesn’t show says so much about my family.  It’s Easter morning 2018. We’re color-coordinated and smiling away on a lovely Easter morning outside our church.  I even managed to somehow get the boys to wear fedora hats one more time even though they were less than thrilled about it. Captain’s Fish Tacos

April 5, 2018

For some people, it’s macaroni & cheese.  For others, anything made in a casserole dish topped with French fried onions. My favorite comfort meal by far is homemade fish tacos made with fresh fish caught by my hubby Ryan.  They are crunchy and bright and go perfectly with beach music and smiling faces. I’d like to say that I make these. But, usually, Ryan does the frying and I put the toppings ... View Post
